Gather round the hearth for a story . . .

The Journey & Findings of Dr. Weston A. Price

In the 1930s, Dr. Price studied the traditional diets of indigenous people who were thriving in diverse ecosystems on different continents. In examining their varied diets at the microscopic scale, he found that the nutrients in their foods that brought them superb health and high immunity were essentially the same. In this way, Dr. Price shed light on human health, giving us the insight needed to design nourishing diets for generations to come.
